11/6 S&C Rest Day/Track Intervals

Strength and conditioning rest day.

Track workout: 400m, 60 sec rest, 200m x 6 with 200m easy jog between, 60 sec rest, 400m. Try to keep efforts between 2-3 seconds of other.

Scale as needed (example: walk between 200’s)
