1/16 ME Upper Body

Today we are going to do the CrossFit workout “Lynne” which is:

5 rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull ups

Rest is unlimited between rounds. Ideally you would like to scale the weight so that you can get more than just a few reps! Pull-ups can be strict, kipping, or butterfly. Each round is max reps…don’t leave anything on the bar! Good luck and post body weight and results to comments!!!
