11/5 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 push presses every :45 seconds for 10 rounds. Use about 60% of your max effort weight.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:

Snatch/burpee ladder

1st minute- 1 snatch and 1 burpee
2nd minute- 2 snatch and 2 burpees
And so on
Continue adding reps until you can no longer complete the work within the minute.
