11/4/14 Long Distance Intervals

Today is a strength rest day. Enjoy it and spend some time on recovery to get ready for the intervals below.

Choose ONE of the following workouts:

Run:
2 x 10 minutes for max distance. Try to maintain best 10k pace. Rest 2 minutes between efforts.

Row:
2 x 10 minutes for max distance. Rest 2 minutes between efforts.

Ski:
2 x 10 minutes for max distance. Rest 2 minutes between efforts.
