1/14 DE Lower Body

DE sumo dead lift 3 reps every 45 seconds for 12 rounds. Use bands if you have them. Load 65% of your one rep max on the bar.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 power cleans @ 135#
10 burpees
15 box jumps
1 arm farmers carry 50m (alternate arms each round) with 90# dumbbell
