11/3/14 ME Upper Body

Start off with 7x 3 reps of weighted pull ups.

Rest 5-10 minutes and with a running clock set for 22 minutes perform the following every minute on the minute:

Odd minutes: 20 double unders (40 singles)
Even minutes: 3 reps of the barbell of the following complex:
1 deadlift-3 bent over rows- 1 hang clean.
