11/3 and 11/4 Rest and Run!

Saturday: rest day. Spend at least 20 minutes on mobility work…something you need to improve!

Sunday:

We are going to up it this week to a 5 mile time trial.

Scale as needed, scale options could be 4mile instead, or 40min tempo run instead.
