11/28/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 3 reps of box squat on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes the following:

5 push ups
10 pull-ups
10 box jumps to a 30/24 inch box up and over
50 squats
100 jump rope singles
