Sorry for the late post today! We had our first nutrition seminar tonight, so I am running behind! Today’s workout starts with 5 box jumps on :30 sec for 10 rounds. Use a box that is a challenging height but allows you to do the sets unbroken. If you have to break up a set, it’s a 5 burpee penalty each time; to be done after the 10 rounds are completed!
Rest 5-10 minutes then perform 3 rounds for time of:
5 power cleans
7 front squats
200m shuttle run (50 m sprints x 4)
