11/27/13 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 5×5 deadlift. Work up to a heavy set of 5 reps.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

50 jump rope singles
15 kettle bell swings @45/25
10 dumbbell ground to shoulder @80/30
25 meter farmers carry @45/25 plates (you must pinch the plates…do not put your fingers in the hole)

    Done half deck of cards. Although I think coach C had it rigged. Great work out. Finished with standing shoulder press 2 OTM for 12 minutes

  2. I got 5 rounds +46 jump ropes. I didn’t have time to hit dead lifts but hopefully I can get them in tomorrow before the run! Good luck everyone!!

    5 full rounds Plus 50 jump rope

    deadlift up to 235 for last set of five…5 full rounds plus jump ropes, kettle bell, and 5 ground to shoulder.
