Start off today with 5×5 deadlift. Work up to a heavy set of 5 reps.
Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:
50 jump rope singles
15 kettle bell swings @45/25
10 dumbbell ground to shoulder @80/30
25 meter farmers carry @45/25 plates (you must pinch the plates…do not put your fingers in the hole)
