11/24/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 5 Romanian Deadlifts on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 10 rounds for time of:

20 calories on the rower
10 kettlebell swings @45/25
5 burpee box jumps to a 24/20 inch box
