DE sumo dead lifts 2 reps every 30 seconds for 12 rounds. Use about 50% of your one rep max and add bands or chains to the bar. If you do not have bands or chains, use 65% and move the weight as quickly as possible.
Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes (AMRAP) of:
3 ground to shoulder with any implement (stones, dumbbells, etc) 90# or more
6 knees to elbows
9 sumo dead lift high pull at 95#
