7×1 power snatch. If it feels good, go for a pr. Make sure you use good technique.

Rest 5-10

For time:
10-1 power clean
1-10 burpee box jumps
(10 cleans, 1 burpee box jump; 9 cleans 2 burpee box jumps and so on until you finish with 1 power clean and 10 burpee box jumps)
