6 walking lunge steps on the minute for 10 minutes with barbell held in front rack position.
Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:
10 down to 1 dead lifts
1 up to 10 burpee pull ups
(Do 10 dead lifts, 1 burpee pull up, 9 dead lifts 2 burpee pull ups and so on…)
