11/13 S&C Rest Day/Track Workout

Today is a strength and conditioning rest day. Spend at least 15-20 minutes on mobility.

Track work out for today:

Run 10 x 400m with 200m jog between each.

Scale as needed, keep pace consistent (1-3 seconds). If pace falls off, walk 200 between.
