11/10/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 3 sets of 10 reps of front squats.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform the following for time:

15 burpees
15 knees to elbows
50 m sprint out and back
12 burpees
12 knees to elbows
50 m sprint out and back
9 burpees
9 knees to elbows
50 m sprint out and back
