1/10/14 DE Lower Body

Perform 4 walking lunge steps with a 95# barbell held overhead (65# for women). On the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 5 rounds for time of the following:

100 jump rope singles
12 pull ups

  1. I has I scale the lunges due to the weather – held a 45# dumbbell.

    I got 6:11 RX…it was a good little burner!!

    Holding the bar over head while lunging takes more coordination than I thought! Routine in 8:38.
