Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:

20 kettlebell swings @45/25
10 push ups
5 knees to elbows on the pull up bar

Rest 5 minutes and the perform as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:
20 push ups
10 kettlebell swings @45/25
5 knees to elbows on the pull up bar
