10/6/14 ME Lower Body

Start off with 5×5 deadlift.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

1 up to 10 reps of :

Burpees
Dumbbell thrusters @45/25

(Start with 1 rep of each, then 2 reps of each and so on…)
