This workout is a shout out to my wonderful girlfriend who is having a birthday today! Happy birthday, ckb, I love you!! In honor of her, I am picking one of her favorite exercises for max effort upper body day:

5×3 bent over row!

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform today’s crossfit.com workout of the day:

3 rounds for time of
10 squat cleans at 135
20 box jumps to a 24″ box
