Perform the following for time:
10 down to 1 reps of ground to overhead with a 45# / 25# pound plate
1 up to 10 walking lunges (each leg) while carrying the 45# / 25# plate
Start with 10 ground to overhead and 1 lunge on each leg, 9 ground to overhead and 2 lunges and so on.
