10/3 Easy Run

This will be the first day of double workouts posted so make sure you pay attention.

After the Tuesday intervals today is a good day to go for an easy run you feel comfortable with. Keep the pace light and run for a time you feel is long enough for the day, that maybe 10 minutes or maybe an hour, the choice is yours. Thursday will be another tough day.

Remember to give yourself 3+ hours before or after the strength and conditioning workout.
