3 dead lifts on the minute for 12 minutes. Use about 60% of your one rep max.

Rest for 5-10 minutes then perform:

4 rounds of

3 power snatches
Hand stand walk 25m

(Sub for hand stand walk is hand stand holds for one minute…if possible perform shoulder taps while in your hand stand)
