Start off today with 7×1 Bench Press. Make all sets heavy, but try for a pr!
Rest for 5-10 minutes then perform:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:
25 push ups
Run 400m (or bike one mile)
12 dead lifts (body weight loaded on the bar)
