10/29 ME Upper Body Day

Start off today with 7×1 Bench Press. Make all sets heavy, but try for a pr!

Rest for 5-10 minutes then perform:

(From Crossfit Endurance workout of the day for 10/27)

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:
25 push ups
Run 400m (or bike one mile)
12 dead lifts (body weight loaded on the bar)

    Bench press topped out at 235…not too and for me!

    I got 4 rounds and 8 dead lifts. I used 225 for the dead lift . Good luck on this one!
