Choose ONE of the following:

Run, row or ski the following:

5 minutes on
2 minutes easy
4 minutes on
2 minutes easy
3 minutes on
2 minutes easy
2 minutes on
2 mites easy
1 minute on

Begin at your typical 5k pace and get faster each interval.
