10/27/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 4 Romanian deadlifts on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 3 rounds for time of the following:

21 kettlebell swings @ 45/25
12 burpees box jumps up and over a 24/20 inch box
21 sit ups
12 push ups
