10/26/13 & 10/27/13 Wedding Day Workout and Rest Day

Saturday is a special wedding day workout! Start with 1 power clean every 15 seconds for 10 rounds.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform:

10 rounds each for time
26 box jumps
13 one arm dumbbell snatch
Run 200m

Rest 2 minutes between rounds!

Sunday is a rest day! Have fun and good luck!!!
