10/25 Mid Range Conditioning Day

Pick ONE of the following workouts:

12 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 12 min) of:
8 sumo dead lift high pull
16 box jumps
50m overhead plate carry

OR

Track work: 2min run, 1 min jog x 10

Make sure the pace is increased throughout the workout from the jog to the run.
