10/24 ME upper body day

Start today with:

7×1 push press

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

21-15-9 reps of
Deadlifts at 185
Pull ups
45# ground to overhead with any implement and any technique

For the ground to overhead, you can use anything you like such as a dumbbell, barbell, sand bag, kettle bell etc. The only requirement as that it touches the ground and is fully locked out overhead. Good luck! Post times and loads for the push press to comments.
