10/22 DE lower body day

Today’s workout starts with:
5 box jumps on the minute for 12 minutes – high box, string them together. If you have a weighted vest, wear it!

4 rounds for time of:
Run 200m
5 muscle ups
10 push press at 115#

  1. I was short on time so I did 5 box jumps to a 26 inch box every 30s for 6 minutes.

    Time for the met con was 9:29! It was pretty tough! Good luck everyone!
