10/21/13 DE Upper Body

Start off with 2 bench press every 30 seconds for 8 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Box jumps
Kettle bell swings 45/25
Sit ups
Run 200n between rounds!
