Start off today with 7×1 overhead squat. Make all sets heavy but concentrate on good technique.

Rest 5-10 minutes

For time:
15 power snatch @95#
15 burpee box jumps (up and over)
9 power snatch @95#
9 burpee box jumps (up and over)
6 power snatch @95#
6 burpee box jumps (up and over)
