10/13/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort strict overhead press. Perform 5×3 reps.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

800m run
3 rounds of: 10 air squats, 8 pull ups, & 6 deadlifts @185/135

Repeat for 3 rounds.
